PREVENTATIVE MANTINENCE INSPECTIONS

 Preventive Maintenance is a service offered by Los Angeles Cascade. Our technicians will come to your facility and check your equipment on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, cleaning and checking your unit's motors, doors, gaskets, compressors, alarm systems, and more. We write a comprehensive report on each and every one of your units, ensuring that they are all functioning properly and to their highest capabilities. 

Preventative maintenance is possibly one the most important things you can have for your equipment. By making sure equipment is functioning properly, you reduce the risk of equipment failures, which could not only result in costly repairs, but also could cause your research, medicine, samples, products, and more to be destroyed. 

In addition, routine cleaning of condensers and replacement of filters has been shown to reduce energy usage on a wide range of units, saving you money and helping your organization be more energy-efficient.

We do PMI for ice makers, refrigerators, freezers, ultra-low freezer, incubators, walk-in coolers & freezers. 

 Customers with a Preventive Maintenance Contract of 3 or more units receive a reduced rate for labor and rental unit(s) in the event of a failure. 

Preventive Maintenance Inspection is not a guarantee that a failure will not happen but it reduces the chance of a failure.
